L- Liquid O- Oil C- Cream
The L-O-C method is a moisturizing technique used in the black hair community. Any leave-in conditioner that has water as the main ingredient can be used as the liquid.
I personally prefer the L-C-O method, because oils are sealants and therefore seal in the moisture from the liquid and cream products. A hair oil of your choice can be used as the oil. A heavy/thick hair moisturizer can be used as the cream.

Oil: You can use any oil of your preference, depending on thickness and benefits of the oil. You can use a thick oil like castor oil, or a light oil like argan oil. I like to use oils that are on the lighter side to prevent the oil from weighing down my hair. I also like jojoba oil because it is similar to the sebum produced by the skin.

Cream: A dense moisturizing product can be used as a cream.
